■ Daily View Count Reset Timing
The gacha pull count and the remaining daily view count resets every day at 04:00 JST (19:00 UTC) during the daily reset.
■ Checking Gacha Results
As with the other gachas, you can check your results via the following steps:
Press Gacha at the bottom of the game screen > select the corresponding gacha > press Appearance Rates/History on the bottom left > select History
■ Unable to Earn Gacha Medals
Gacha Medals cannot be earned from the Ad Watch Gacha.
■ Blocking Specific Ads
It is not possible to hide specific video ads or customize individual ad content.
■ Unable to Perform Gacha Pull After Watching Ad
▼ If the Remaining View Count Decreased:
The app may have closed before you could see the gacha results.
From the bottom of the Gacha screen, please go to Appearance Rates/History > History to check the history for that specific time.
If your view count has decreased but you cannot find any record, please contact us via the Contact Support link at the bottom of this page.
▼ If the Remaining View Count Did Not Decrease:
After watching the ad, you must press the "×" or "Close Ad" button to close the ad and perform the gacha pull.
Please try watching the ad again, then press the aforementioned button and see if the gacha performs successfully.
