Cannot Claim Premium Pass or Deluxe Pass Rewards / Cannot Receive "Weapon Supply Box"

Upon purchasing the Premium Pass/ Deluxe Pass, you will instantly receive items such as Paid Dimensional Crystals. 
Additionally, all rewards for your current Defense Force Pass Lv. will be unlocked and available for claiming.

For example, if you have already claimed Free rewards up to Defense Force Pass Lv.30, purchasing the Premium Pass will allow you to immediately claim Premium rewards up to Pass Lv.30.

Thereafter, as your Defense Force Pass level increases, you will be able to claim both Free Rewards and Premium Rewards for each corresponding level.

Additionally, the "Weapon Supply Box" can be claimed as the Premium reward for reaching Defense Force Pass Lv.30 after purchasing the Premium Pass.
Please note that if your Defense Force Pass Lv. is below Lv.30 at the time of purchasing, the "Weapon Supply Box" will not be able to claim immediately.

If you purchase the Deluxe Pass, you will receive 1 "Weapon Supply Box" immediately upon purchase. 
In addition, another "Weapon Supply Box" can be claimed as a Premium reward upon reaching Defense Force Pass Lv.30.

If the "Weapon Supply Box" is not used immediately after being claimed, it will be stored in Storage and can be used at any time.
