If you can’t confirm that you you have a character, weapon, or item that you should have received, please check the following:
■Your Gacha History
Go to Gacha at the bottom of the Home screen and select the specific Gacha. At the bottom left of the Gacha screen go to Appearance Rates/History > History.
*Gacha history is only shown for the last 6 months (max 100 entries).
■Characters and Weapons You Own
▼For characters
Check by going to Character, located at the bottom of the Home screen.
*With Gacha, if you pull characters that you have already, you will gain Talent Shards and Encounter Stones.
*A character's maximum Ascension Stage is 6. If you obtain a character beyond the amount needed for Ascension Stage: 6, you'll only receive Encounter Stones.
▼For weapons and items
Open up the global menu (////) at the top right of the game screen > Storage and confirm the weapons or items you own by selecting the corresponding tab.
