If you delete your account, the in-progress data on your current device will be erased, and you will no longer be able to play with your current account data.
You will permanently lose the ability to play on your current device and any linked devices. Note that deleted account cannot be restored. Always confirm that the data is safe to delete before proceeding.
However, if you accidentally delete your account, account recovery is possible only if your account was linked. In such cases, you must transfer your account within one week yourself to restore it.
■Important Notes about Deleting Account
- After account has been deleted, we cannot process refunds or reimbursements.
*If you have a purchase history on the Web Store, deleting your account will also remove your account's link to the Web Store. This will prevent you from being able to log in.
- Accounts that have been deleted cannot be recovered.
- After you delete your account, it will be removed from our system after 7 days.
*When account is deleted, its link to your Apple/Google account will be removed.
■Steps for Deleting Player Data
Select "Delete Account" from the Menu (≡) on the right side of the title screen.
Read the displayed information. If there are no issues, select "OK".
