■Account Recovery Support
We can only assist with account recovery in cases where the game was uninstalled accidentally or when you are unable to continue playing the game due to device damage, and the account had not been linked beforehand.
You can transfer your account on your own by going to Title Menu (≡) > Data Transfer on the right side of the title screen.
To apply for a passcode, please contact us through the account recovery form including the required information.
Support team will conduct a thorough investigation based on the information provided, and we will issue a passcode once we have verified account ownership.
■Recovery for Linked Account
If you are able to access your account, you can perform Data Transfer by Account Linking.
*Please refer to the global menu (////) > Menu (≡) > Account Linking in the upper right corner of the in-game screen to complete account linking.
■Account Recovery May Be Declined
We conduct thorough investigations to protect player data.
Therefore, we may be unable to process account recovery depending on the information provided.
*Since KAIJU NO. 8 THE GAME was only recently released, there are a large number of similar player data entries, which may make it difficult to identify and verify your account. Therefore, account recovery is more likely to be declined during this period.
To protect your player data, we strongly recommend linking your account first.
Please note that we are generally unable to assist with account recovery in the following cases.

●Accounts that have continued login activity after applying for a passcode.
